Device Verification Guide
Follow these steps to verify your device and enable full access to DocuSigner features.

Why is Device Verification Necessary?

  • Enhanced Security: Ensures your document actions are performed from an authorized and recognized device, adding a layer of security to your digital transactions.
  • Unlock Premium Features: Device verification is a prerequisite for accessing certain premium features, such as generating official documents without watermarks.

How Device Verification Works

To verify your device, you will need to run a specific command in your computer's console (e.g., Command Prompt, PowerShell, or a macOS/Linux Terminal). This command securely links your device to your DocuSigner account for the document you are working with.

Verification Command

Copy and paste the command for your operating system into the respective console.

Next Steps: Obtaining Your Official Document

Once you have successfully run the command above, your device is verified with DocuSigner for the document: Your_Document.pdf (ID: YOUR_DOCUMENT_ID).

To receive the official, watermark-free version of your document, please return to the document signing flow or your dashboard and initiate the signing process for this document again.

After re-signing the document from your now-verified device, the system will generate the final version without the 'DOCUSIGNER PREVIEW' watermark.
